Requirements

As a mid-level engineer, you’ll need to possess at least most of the following skills…

The Technical Skills You’ll Need on a Daily Basis:

  • Know your way around Git and won’t break the master branch
  • Are comfortable on the command line as you’ll be using it a lot
  • Experience as a full stack developer.
  • Experience with external integration concepts like SSO, Rest APIs, Tokenized Authentication
  • We love unit testing, and so should you
  • Experience with website tools like Object Cache, Queues, Browser State, etc.
  • iPhone or Android development (optional)
  • Experience with React 2, Django, and Python (optional).
  • Server administration Linux, Ubunto (optional).

What We’ll Expect From You:

  • Take new features from concept to deployment with full ownership
  • Work with lead and senior engineers to ensure code quality and standards are kept
  • Work with product managers to determine the size and scope of work and meet the agreed-upon deliverables
  • You’re able to mentor others on patterns and best practices
  • You’ll mentor junior engineers on the team
  • Collaborate with the management team and product managers on what is going to be built and then explain the solution to mid-level and junior engineers so they can work on solving parts of the problem

WORK AT YOUR PACE – BY ASSIGNED TASKS

This is the starting point for new developers joining our company.

We will assign you a task and the number of hours we will pay for the task assigned.

Before offering you a full-time job, we must ensure you are at the level we expect in Laravel & Angular and can complete tasks independently and in a timely manner.

 

WORK FULL TIME 8 HOURS A DAY – MONDAY-FRIDAY

For developers that can work in USA-EST Time

This option is for full-time developers; we will pay you an hourly wage and expect you to work 8 hours daily, Monday to Friday.

If you are not a fast producer and are able to complete a simple task as a one-page report in one day or less… then please, look at the option WORK AT YOUR PACE..
